With PAL, now you can.

As you know, MediSunONE is a comprehensive health plan with many valuable benefits. One such benefit is our commitment to member service excellence. At MediSunOne, we listen to your comments, and know you’d like someone to talk with about your coverage on a regular basis – someone who’s gotten to know you very well.

We know you may have questions or concerns about your MediSunONE coverage.

That’s why we’ve developed the Personal Assistant Liaison Program – or, PAL for short. The PAL Program allows us to serve you better. At no additional cost to you.

Your Personal Assistant Liaison.

The PAL Program fosters a close relationship through a continuing connection between each MediSunONE Member and a personal assistant liaison (PAL) at MediSunONE. During specific daytime hours, your PAL is available to answer questions or help resolve concerns related to your MediSunONE benefits and services.

Each MediSunONE member is assigned one specific PAL to be available when you call. Through this locally based, one-to-one relationship, you can come to trust your PAL to provide answers to your questions and suggestions for your concerns.

Your PAL has the answers you need.

Each MediSunONE PAL is trained to provide the information you need. If, for any reason, your PAL requires more time or resources to resolve your concern or answer your questions, he or she will follow up with you promptly and courteously.
Your PAL is automatic.

As a MediSunONE member, you are automatically assigned a PAL liaison. No need to fill out forms or pay us a visit. Your PAL is already in place, and ready to help. And if you’re married, the same PAL liaison is assigned to both you and your spouse.

You can trust your PAL.

All information discussed with your PAL is strictly confidential. The PAL Program’s overriding goal is to provide unparalleled, one-to-one member service while completely respecting your privacy.

How does your PAL work?

You will be given your PAL’s name, contact information and hours of availability at the time of your enrollment. Keep this information handy to remind you where and when you can reach your PAL.
